Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
